The Third IEEE International Workshop on Service-Oriented System Engineering (SOSE2007) intends to provide a forum for scientists, researchers and engineers to exchange latest findings, results and visions of Service-Oriented System Engineering. Continuing the tradition of the last two workshops, SOSE 07 will cover a wide range of topics related to effective, efficient and dependable techniques for building services and systems.
